- Student nomination from teachers due to Tech Trek branch coordinator- February 19
- Junior counselor applications sent out early February, due date for completed hard copy application is March 8th.
March 2016
- Conduct Skype / phone interviews with JC candidates.
- Reference checking for JC applicants.
- Junior counselor applicants notified of status by March 31, 2016.
April 2016
- Email #1 is sent to campers and their families – ensuring good email addresses – target date of April 23, 2016
May 2016
- Email #2 is sent to campers and families with links to forms and instructions for on-line registration. Target May 1st.
- On-line registration and fee by camper’s parents due – target date May 6, 2016.
- Hard copy of forms due back from families no later than May 13, 2016.
June 2016
- Camp packet sent to campers and their families – target June 1st.

- Camp dates June 19 – 25, 2016. Staff arrives by 9AM. Campers arrive 2-3:30 PM. Families depart 5 PM.
